Owner,Tim Miller, Duke’s Delicious Pizza
My name is Tim Miller. I am the owner of Duke’s Delicious Pizza. We are located at The Tucson Premium Outlets in Marana. We also have two food trucks in the area. Duke’s is named after my dog, Duke, a Sonoran Sun Terrier. We’ve been proudly serving the Tucson area with classic style thin and thick crust pizza for the past 4 years. We take great pride in consistency, excellent service, and providing great-tasting pizza at an affordable price.
Duke’s Delicious Pizza began as an idea during the COVID 19 pandemic. Growing up in the Midwest, I have worked at nine pizza places in Iowa and Chicago. For fun, I would show up to house parties with my cooler full of stuff to make pizza. It was a lot of fun, although I never imagined making it into a business, until years later.
After traveling the world and living abroad in my 20s and 30s, I settled in Tucson. As a teacher, I was looking for a side gig to make some money. I decided to start selling pizza and was lucky enough to land a spot at the Oro Valley Farmers Market. From there, I developed my flavors and slowly grew into a bigger oven, a trailer and now a brick and mortar at the Tucson Premium Outlets Food Court in Marana.
I love making pizza and meeting amazing new people. I fully support other local pizza shops and food trucks! Tucson is an amazing town for food. I have a lot of things I would like to do as a business, including showcasing my musical side and organizing events. Stay Tuned!
